Important Messages
- Session Key is not required. If you were given a session key, enter it in the box below and click the submit button next to that box. If you don't have a session key, please fill out the Issue Submission form, and click Submit to start a session with a remote support technician.

- An active NetID is not required to request your USF transcripts. USF IT will not reactivate a NetID for access to transcripts. Please refer to https://www.usf.edu/registrar/services/transcripts/official_transcripts.aspx for more information.
- After confirmation of your NetID it may take an hour or more for the activation to be complete. Please wait for at least one hour after activation to report issues with login to your new USF NetID.
